Big helmet giveaway official rules

1. No purchase necessary to enter or to win prize.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Entry Period
Entries must be received by midnight CDT on August 31, 2008. To enter, click here.

3. Giveaway Overview
On September 3, 2008 one winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The winner will receive a brand new ION helmet from Skydance Headgear. The winner may choose the size of the helmet. The prize will be shipped to the winner via ground service. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If the winner can not be contacted, a new winner will be chosen randomly from the remaining entries. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Any applicable taxes are the responsiblity of the winner.

4. Eligibility/Odds of Winning
Any person who is 18 years of age or older may enter the Big Helmet Giveaway. One entry per person. Employees of GoWear and Skydance Headgear and their families are not eligible to enter. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received.

5. Privacy Statement
All information including name, address, etc. collected during the entry process will remain private. No information will be sold or traded to any other company. Your email address will be added to our mailing list so that you can receive notices of new products and promotions.
